Payment Plans

25% DOWN PLAN (4 Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put 25% down at the time of purchase, followed by three (3) equal payments. Each subsequent payment will be charged bi-weekly until the remaining balance of the order is paid in full. Available through Friday May 31st, 2024.

50% DOWN PLAN (2 Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put 50% down at the time of purchase, followed by one (1) equal payment two weeks later. Available through Sunday June 30th, 2024.

Payment Plan Info:

  • The 25% Down Payment Plan is only available for purchases made through May 31st, 2024. The 50% Down Payment plan is only available for purchases made through June 30th, 2024.
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $200 while supplies last.
  • Only $4 fee per installment for payment plan.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Defaulting on your payment plan will result in order cancellation and a $50 restocking fee.

Missed Payments:

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial payment due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 default fee per pass.
    • No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for upgrade until it has been paid in full.

Pass Information

  • AXS Mobile ID is the ticket to your Portola passes - it’s fast and secure for your festival experience. Download the Portola Festival App (iOS and Android) to scan your AXS Mobile ID featuring a unique barcode at the Portola entrance.
  • NOTE: Passes will show up in your AXS account no later than end of day Friday, May 24 if purchased after this date will show up within 10 minutes of purchase.
  • If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept their transferred tickets and, if they haven’t already, instructions to download the AXS App. For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshots or printed versions will not be valid.

  • There is an 8 pass limit per household.
  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • No re-entry.
  • The name on the original order cannot be changed.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS Portola FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
  • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions. Receipts/Order Confirmations can be faked/forged. Don’t be fooled.
