We're offering fee-free passes at The Warfield Box Office on Sundays from 11am - 4pm and at The Warfield and The Regency Box Office during shows! The box office accepts credit cards and cash. The box office attendant accepts snacks and fun facts about sea otters.

Includes one (1) General Admission (GA) pass good for entry to the festival plus the following amenities:
- Access to all GA areas including restrooms, food and beverage vendors

Lockers
Keep yourself light on your feet by using one of our lockers to stow your personal items.
- Our lockers can charge any of your devices throughout the duration of your locker rental.
- We provide safe, secure, and easy storage with all-day access so you can come and go to your locker at any time! You will have unlimited access to your locker.
- When you reserve a locker online, you will receive an email 24 hours before the fest containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can simply find and use your locker.
- Any prohibited items will not be allowed.
- Lockers will be available for rent starting Monday, May 22 at 10am. Quantities limited while supplies last.
PASS INFORMATION
- You will receive AXS Mobile ID digital passes within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. Please note, your passes will be scanned from FanAccount via the Portola Festival App or AXS App at the entrance gate per day.
- Download your Portola Festival App or AXS App ahead of time. You may have difficulty downloading if you wait until you arrive.
- If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept their transferred tickets and, if they haven’t already, instructions to download the AXS App. For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshots or printed versions will not be valid.

ORDER INFORMATION
- There is an 8 pass limit per household.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
- No re-entry.
- The name on the original order cannot be changed.
- There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
- Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party/scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions. Receipts/Order Confirmations can be faked/forged. Don’t be fooled.
