How It Works:
Guest Services staff members are located in tents throughout the venue. See the festival map for locations. View found items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or through the Portola Mobile App.
Our staff is available during the show on Saturday and Sunday. The team will also be posted at Chaver Lot on Monday, October 2nd from 9:30a-2p. View items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or on the Portola Mobile App.
Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our team. The website has the most up-to-date inventory we have received.
Take found items to any Guest Services location directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.
Submit a Claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership if necessary. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped!
If you missed us during our hours of operation, and we’ve verified ownership with you, you can select shipping from your confirmation email. Shipping is at the owner's expense.
We encourage you to submit an Alert. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.
We recommend filing a crime report with the San Francisco Police Department.
