  • Our Part

Goldenvoice and local law enforcement are working hand in hand to address device theft. Lost and Found staff are trained to coordinate directly with law enforcement to expedite responses to reported thefts. There is a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to phone theft. Dedicated staffing, assets, and infrastructure are in place to catch thieves. Those caught in possession of stolen goods will be immediately turned over to law enforcement.

  • Your Part
    • Prevent device theft by keeping track of your device in high traffic areas, turning off access to airplane mode from your lock screen (in your settings) and looking out for individuals watching you and not the show.
    • Prior to arriving at the festival, please record your phone’s serial number. If law enforcement is able to recover your device, we will need that number to reunite you with your cell phone.
    • If you suspect your phone was stolen, immediately report it to Lost & Found or any Guest Services team member. If your phone location is still available, an immediate notification is critical for law enforcement. If you believe you have identified the individual who has stolen your phone, flag down any staff member or law enforcement as soon as possible.
  • Post-Event

You can reach out to the San Francisco Police Department non-emergency line at 415-553-0123 or file a police report here if you believe your phone was stolen. If your device begins sharing location after the event, please contact San Francisco PD as soon as possible.
