AXS Mobile ID
LOAD YOUR PASSES INTO THE PORTOLA APP
Your pass lives here. Load your AXS Mobile ID into the app before the event and scan your barcode at entry. Simple enough.
Step 1: Click on "My Passes"
Step 2: Sign in to your AXS account
Step 3: View your tickets in the app
HOW TO TRANSFER PASSES ON AXS
If your group is arriving separately, you may transfer individual passes through the Portola app.
Please note, the transfer option will be turned on within 72 hours of the festival (or possibly sooner).
5th Birthday Despacio Extravaganza Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your whole group must arrive together.
- Sign in to “My Passes” using your AXS account in the app.
- Locate your Portola passes in the upcoming event list.
- Click “Transfer”.
- Select the pass(es) you would like to transfer.
- Select your contact or enter the recipient's first name, last name, and address.
- Click “Continue”.
- Review the information and click “Transfer”.

- Review info on arrival: there is no parking at Pier 80, do not drive to the festival

The Despacio 5th Birthday Extravaganza Specifics
5TH BIRTHDAY DESPACIO EXTRAVAGANZA CHECKLIST:
- 5th Birthday Despacio Extravaganza is a 21+ event. Make sure to bring your ID
- Download the Portola App
- Load your passes into the app. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Your whole group must arrive together.

- Review specific Despacio arrival info. The entrance to the 5th Birthday Despacio Party is located at 401 Cesar Chavez St. This is not the main festival entrance.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION & TIPS FOR GETTING TO THE 5TH BIRTHDAY DESPACIO EXTRAVAGANZA
- Doors open at 5 PM
- Party ends at 11 PM
- There is no parking at Pier 80. Do not drive to Pier 80.
- The entrance to the 5th Birthday Despacio Party is located at 401 Cesar Chavez St. This is not the main festival entrance.
- There is not a designated rideshare pickup or drop off zone for the 5th Birthday Despacio Extravaganza
- There are no BART shuttles for the 5th Birthday Despacio Extravaganza
The easiest way to get to Pier 80 is taking the T Third Muni Light Rail or getting dropped off at 900 Marin St. From there, it’s a short walk to the 5th Birthday Despacio Extravaganza entrance at 401 Cesar Chavez St.
And again, please do not drive to Pier 80.
