Portola 2026 passholders get early presale access to Portola Week tickets, it's literally as simple as that. You must have purchased a festival pass by Monday, Aug 17, at 11:59PM PT to qualify.

Presale begins Thursday, Aug 20 at 12PM PT - General Onsale Friday at 12PM PT

Your Portola 2026 order number is your presale access code. Here’s how to find it:

• Sign in to your AXS FanAccount and navigate to ‘Orders’.
• Your order number is also present in your original Portola 2026 email confirmation.
• If you have questions about your existing Portola 2026 festival pass order, contact AXS.

PORTOLA'S 5TH BIRTHDAY DESPACIO EXTRAVAGANZA

Portola 5 Year Alumni are invited to a special event on Friday, Sept 25, hosted onsite at Pier 80. Extremely limited tickets go on sale Wednesday, Aug 19 at 12PM PT.

To qualify for the 5th Birthday Party, you must have used the same email address associated with your Portola AXS FanAccount for purchasing Passes for 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Sorry no exceptions.

5th Birthday Party Extravaganza tickets will be available to purchase as an add-on in qualifying AXS FanAccounts beginning Wednesday, August 19 at 12PM PT.

Inventory is extremely limited, and access is not guaranteed.

A ticket limit of 4 per AXS FanAccount is strictly enforced.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, which means your whole group must arrive together when the time comes.
